Hi, I have a stiffness in calf on left leg. Please advise.i had a run for 8 km and played cricket yesterday for few hours.

As per history given, it seems you have developed DOMS( delayed onset muscle soarness). First of all put ice packs and stretch your calf muscles every four hourly.

It will settle down in three days. Drink plenty of water. Do stretching exercises. Consult ortho if not improving
