PAIN IN BACK NECK
I get pain every 2-3 months on back side of the neck. The neck becomes stiff from right side. Unable to rotate and very painful. Is this because of using a pillow at night ? Approx 5-6 days after it becomes normal. Is it related to spondlysis ? Or just a muscle pain ?

It is mainly due to neck muscle weakness. Strength your neck muscles. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
