Pain in ankle and below knee.
My ankle and area below the knee starts paining if I walk bare foot aur stand bare foot for sometimes.
It started when I came from a trek last June.
Please suggest.

You might have twisted either knee or ankle while trekking unknowingly. Need to identify origin point of pain. One Orthopaedic Surgeon consultation will be helpful.
