Pain at ankle
I was doing excercise for biceps and due to jerk, i am feeling pain in the muscles over my right ankle as mentioned in the picture. Been few weeks, it hasn't recovered fully. Now, when i lift even light weights, i feel pain in that area. Any advice?

Wht lifting must be done in a proper way otherwise it will strain or sprain ur jts or mucscles or tendon etc so firstly take some rest and show it to physiotherapist nearby
