Hi, I have been facing a sudden jerk kind of pain in my left Knee only and could not walk fast or casually. It continues for a single day and then It becomes normal. I have personally noted that it happens the next day when I eat some 2-3 sweets. Am I just 29 Male Height 5'10",got tested sugar in fast which came 135. Also from last two years I went through lots of work pressure. What kind of disease it is ?this pain happened like this 3-4 years back also when I was fit and it repeated recently again. What should I do ?

Quadriceps exercise
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
Chiropractic physiotherapy
quadriceps, hamstring exercises are to be done for 10 days if you wont fund any improvement then can approach physiotherapist in person for proper diagnosis and exercises.

Get your knee checked to find the cause of your pain. Might be good to see an Orthopaedician. He could also do a blood check for other reasons for pain too.
