Apply diclofenac ointment twice a day and do hot water fermentation. maintain proper posture while on work. Check with Xray of CS and follow back with reports. If pain is severe take myospaz forte twice a day for two days. Do neck strengthening exercises daily to avoid pain radiating towards hand. If possible visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for 7 days.
