Ovulation period
I have 28 days period cycle. I wanted to know when will I ovulate so that I can avoid having sex as I don't want to get pregnant. Is condom fully reliable in avoiding pregnancy or not please suggest me what to do.

Usually ovulation occurs in mid cycle, avoid intercourse during 10 to 20 th day of cycle, but don't rely on condom/ i pill as they have high failure rates

Knowing ovulation based on your periods is done retrospective or in other words is not accurate. Condom is not fully reliable mam.

Avoiding fertile window to avoid getting pregnant is not full proof. It has high failure rates. Condoms too has a high failure rate of 4-9%

your  periods  are regular and at 28 days intervals, most of the time you ovulate around  14 th day of period, but mild variations  can happen, so be careful  from 10 th to 18 th day  of  period. Calculate  first day  of period  as Day  1.But this method and Condoms ect have little  higher failure rates.
