I'm overweight and would love to get lean. But being a vegetarian I'm not able to gain much protein. I'll be starting some form of exercise routine like gym, by the end of this month. How do i lose weight and increse strength ?

Hi sir ,
Since you are vegetarian still u can get protien from so many vegetarian sources :
*all lentils
*Combination of cereal and pulses such as dal rice, khichdi etc.
*U can also go for natural whey protein. The home made paneer which looses water is natural whey.
* Milk and milk products.
Also, losing weight can be an easy task if proper diet is being followed with correct timings.
We can give you an example of a good diet with timing :
Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits
Prefer toned/ double toned milk
Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida.
Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white
Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water.
( Avoid juice if diabetic)
Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice
Amount of all should be 1 katori.
Prefer eating salad before food
evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits.
Dinner : Same as lunch
If diabetic then do
Post dinner ( before bed ) : milk without sugar

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
