Hi respected Drs I am 76 kg .my tummy fat has increased a lot I have started walking for 30 to 45 mins but I want to know can I reduce the 1 kg per day I mean is that possible and if yes please advice how do I achieve the target I  am ready to put extra efforts.and one thing I want to asks u as I am facing premature ejaculation issue so just wants to confirm if I run or walk for an Hr will it b helpful to overcome premature ejaculatjon issues or I need to consult sexologist.

Best medicine for u is Eat plenty of vegetables ,sprouts,fruits in everymeal.Substitute millets for rice,wheat.in ur meal. Almonds,walnuts,raisins,drydates,figs are healthy snacks. Ghee has low glycaemic index so can be added into ur diet restrict oil consumption. Papaya,gauva,banana,pomegranate,citrus fruits are healthy. Avoid maida,fastfoods,bakeryfoodspreserced foods. Briskwalk,jogging,swimming,playing sports,yoga for two hrs everyday is the best.

Premature ejaculation and losing fat both are different from. For reducing fat you can start with cardio exercise followed by moderate protein and fibre rich diet. And for Your problem of ED you should get your body heat level checked and go accordingly
