I am male, 26 years old and 5'7" and my weight is 60 Kg. I have no disease as my blood, sugar and urine reports are normal. I don't drink or smoke. I play cricket, football daily which are exhaustive sports. Still, my tummy fat has started to increase and my tummy is bulging up slowly. It's in initial phase but still anyone can see my tummy from a distance. Please suggest me ways to get back my tummy to its normal shape as soon as possible. I read several articles that we can get back flat tummy in only 24 hours by drinking lemon water, eating banana and exercising. Please suggest me name of some exercises and fruits/dite which can help me getting back my flat tummy in about 2-3 days.

Hello,
Firstly the common reasons wherein your stomach would increase are:
If you have long gaps btwn meals and hog on next meal OR have meal and directly drop onto your bed or too much of carbohydrate rich foods like roti, rice, bread, poha, upma etc in your meal plan.
Your stomach is an expandable organ so if I made it fast it will get flattened comparatively and if I give you heavy food it will expand to the maximum to accommodate all the food.
Please do not opt for shortcuts that would help u fr a day or two and once u gt back to normal regime will again get back to normal.
Opt for a healthy lifestyle change esp in your diet and exercise regime.

Kindly consult in person for an in-detail discussion on all the possible lifestyle factors that would help u manage weight better.

To get a flat tummy you should start with core exercises and avoid eating big meals at a time ..avoid sitting post meals ...in the diet avoid have too much of fat...and extra sugar and sweets, replace refined carbs with whole carbs like brown rice, oats, millets etc, your body stats suggest your ideal body weight should be 66-69 kg so that means you are underweight ...but it doesn’t mean you can eat anything and everything to put on weight , follow a balanced diet with adequate amount of protein so that you have more of lean muscle mass rather than fat ...last but not the least drink lots of liquids but not aerated drinks.
