I am about 5 feel 3 inches tall and abt 78 kgs..:(..I would like to know some easy tips to lose my weight..As I am working, I can't go out for gym/yoga and if I stop I gain more weight quickly...Basically I need one diet plan that I can follow regularly with ease and most importantly WITHOUT STOPPING!! I am a non-vegetarian...I love tasty food only:(...Cannot have raw vegetables..Fruits,corn are ok for me..Can stay away from chat items, pizza etc..Like all kind of variety rice,biriyanis,chicken,fish etc..Cant be w/o idly/dosas...I cannot skip tea in the morning and milk @ night...I am not sure if for a person like me, a diet plan can even exist..But still posting this question out of curiosity...Please see if anyone can help..Just FYI, am on medication for my
