I have obesity how to reduce the fat and also weight.I am suffering from Arthritis where weight management according to hight is important. Kindly guide me which medical treatment is appropriate for it or I have to move on to plastic surgery to reduce fat. Kindly guide me. Regards Krishna Kumar

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, diet history, veg or nonveg. If u r over weight or obese , the extra loads on ur joints than increase the risk of developing arthritis. So at first make target of wt should be loss. Avoid high calorie food.include omega-6fatty acid In ur diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
