I need a diet plan to reduce my weight . I have tried to follow the diet but ended up when I feel hungry. I can't do detox or intermediate diet. I want a filling diet that can make my tummy fill and lose weight. An Indian diet

Hi, As per your age and height your ideal body weight should be 55kg. You need to reduce 21kg of body weight. You need a good quality protein, complex carbohydrates and high fibre containing diet and food plan which will keep you filling. Also you should maintain proper food intervals as long food gaps will not help you to lose weight and never skip any meals. Drink plenty of water. Daily walk or do aerobic exercises for 45 minutes. Avoid junc foods, simple carbohydrates and sugar, high fat containing foods, red meats, canned foods, aerated drinks, alçohol.

Hi Include more fibrous foods from your diet as they can help you feel full and satisfied too.. More of complex carbs like brown rice, millets, barley, rye, buckwheat, bran, oats etc.. Can also consume almonds and walnuts, seeds, omega 3 and 6 foods adequately..

exercises both morning and evening, situps, taking steps up down, yoga postures surya namaskar dancing aerobics skipping, being active all along , enough water intake per day, exposure to sun, plant proteins, and well balanced meals are all very helpful in loosing  overweight ... limited small portion size meals are always good...as you get limited calories from them... Note:. More intake or large amounted meals gives you more calories I,e in the form of Energy  ..And for this you need to do more different types of workouts per day on all the days of the week..without fail..

drinking lukewarm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach upon rising helps in reducing excess weight followed by a 45 mins brisk walk is very effective in reducing excess weight, high fiber diet, low carbs, low gi foods can be taken liberally, moderate plant protein, low fat dairy products..early dinner, broken wheat upma with lots of vegetables for night's dinner, good sleep, enough rest etc are recommended daily.. no to roots and tuber vegetables, no outside foods, no deep fried foods at home too,

Hey:) I agee to you that losing weight while being hungry is very difficult, and at the same time the weight lost is temporary. So you can follow the below suggestions for losing weight more effectively : 1. Maintain meal gaps: it is very important to eat small fand frequent meals between every 3 hours. It will keep your metabolism up and will help you in losing weight. 2. Include Dandelion tea in your diet, take it 2-3 times a day. It is easily available online. 3. Drink infused water: add slices of your favourite fruit and herbs in one litre of water and drink throughout the day. 4. Walk 10k steps daily for better results.

Make it a point to eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts in all ur meals. Substitute rice wheat with jowar,ragi,. Drink enough water Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,,oily spicy masala foods,nonveg. Buttermilk,200 ml,three to five tsf ghee are adviced.everyday. Vegetable soups,gruel,seasonal fruits are good for breakfast,dinner. Sleep atleast for six hrs at night leisurely.. Walk,play sports,swim,exercise,yoga,everyday atleast for one hour.a day. Change ur sedentary lifestyle to a physically active routine.
