Overthinking problem
When I get up in the morning I goes into thinking mode...That is default mode.Over any futile thing happens my mind started game of cause and consequences.more than 60℅ of my time goes in such bakwas thinking. What is the solution? What steps should I take other than medication? Please suggest.
