Over weight
My current weight is 60 kg and my height is 5.2". In last 1.5 years I have put on 8-10 kg extra on my body. I have been doing regular exercises from past 6 months and I have controlled my diets as well. But I am unable to loss those extra fats. Please help me. I really look forward to have a effective reply. Thank you in advance.

Hello What diet are you following? How much have you lost ?? You must follow some steps like not starving yourself having high protein and high fiber diet

Hi dear, We understand your concern for weight loss as per your height the ideal weight should be 53-56 kg so you are very near to that , but please understand that weight loss not only depends on what we eat, but our lifestyle also plays an important role in this. Did you checked your blood parameters as sometimes we treat for weight loss only, but forget about internal issues.
