That’s very good to start . Avoid all sweets junk sodas outside food etc .eat light homemade food n lots of fruits n vegetables. Stay active choose any sports . Stay hydrated . Consult personally for proper guidance and help

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hi, You need to have small and frequent meals at aap of 3 hr. Do not skip any meal. Have more amount of vegetables. Includes whole cereal and it's product.Avoid oily foods, and junk foods. Take 3 lit of water everyday. Do regular exercise for 1 hr. There are lot more things u can do.
