I am continuously putting on my weight..because i hv sitting job..i hv joined gym also but it's also of no use..suggest me some measures to reduce it .as i hv height of 5.3"

Eat small frequent meals atleast every 2.5 to 3 hrs.Increase intake of fruits and vegetables atleast 3 fruits and 5 vegetables a day.Drink 8-10 glasses of water.Sleep atleast 8hrs in the night.Include fiber rich foods and avoid processed products.Reduce carbs abd increase protein intake.Exercise for atleast 1hr in a day.Having a good pre and post workout food plays an important role than d workout itself.So have complex carbs and protein pre and post workout to see maximum benefit
