Breakfast: unlimited fruits and only fruits.
lunch: vegetables and vegetables at least 2 katori, daal 2 katori, sprouts
evening: fruits 1 full plate
dinner: same as lunch but different vegetables and different sprouts or daal.
chapati only 1 or 2 allowed in full day. preferable not to have any at all. 1 chapati may be replaced by small katori rice. chapati should be of unfiltered prepared at some chakki and not from ready made available in market.
milk milk products, refined products, junk food oily, spicy and packaged food of all types are not to be consumed at all.
spices and salt to be taken 1/3rd of whatever dose u are taking.
cooking should be very less as less as possible to gain maximum nutrition and benefit of vegetables and daal.
