Over Weight

Hi My age is 22 & my weight is 67kgs my height is 157cms. I want to loose upto 10/15 kgs.Major of the fat is around my waist & belly. Suggest a diet plan for me.

Hello.. Well it's always better to consult a nutritionist or dietician in person because then you can tell about your preferences... I suggest you to have more of pulses in form of dal and have less chapathis and can replace them with oats, also need to include fruits like Apple, banana....apart from that have carrots,cucumber, channa when ever you are hungry...consult a nutritionist
