Dear mam/sir
My weight is 97 and height is 5.7. I m in a sitting job and long working hours. I wake up very early in morning to go office n comes very late from off. I don't get Time to walk or exercise. Pls suggest how can I lose my weight through diet also pls confirm if I should start taking some medicine for that.

Hi - dnt use any medicine or supplement. Better u follow diet. Take low calorie all foods. No rice , potatoes, ghee,butter based foods. no fast,junk,cream,out side street vfoods. Take only 2 whole wheat Roti/ 2 PCs brown breads in morning, milk 200ml or chana, max vegetables & fruits .no banana, dry fruits, nuts,no biriany, oil only 20 ml no out side fried foods.
