Hello sir. If you are thinking excessively over issues which one should normal ignore, you tend to waste a lot of time thinking about stuff, not able to relax and chill, people often ask you to relax down, headache, bodyache, tiredness, etc all these symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder. More specifically a Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Although, a detailed history and information regarding the problem is required to make a diagnosis. With suitable medications and instructions it can be completely cured. You must consult with a psychiatrist.

I am able to understand your concern. If you clearly feel that your thoughts are excess and you should not be actually having those thoughts in the first place, however you are not able to stop it and it is disturbing you, then you might even be suffering from obsessive symptoms. Hence more clarity is needed regarding your actual problem. I would be more than happy to help you arrive at a solution to get over it. It is easily manageable. Some appropriate therapy sessions and and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
