She can overcome the pain due to frozen shoulders by physiotherapy or by taking personal training by any yoga trainer.. Maybe, once she indges in some activities and start experencing the differences, she becomes normal and energetic..

Hello dear I can understand what she might be going through. Sometimes negative thoughts are not easy to handle and it might be so hard for her to stop these automatic flow of negative thoughts. She might be feeling irritated as well as sad and worried. Even you are worried for her. She even tried medicines to stop them. In this case, you need to take her to a counsellor or a psychologist. Don't worry, everything will be fine. You can also contact me and I will help her towards her recovery. There could also be many reasons behind her repeating thoughts which also will be explored. So take a deep breath and relax. Take care and stay safe.

Hello.. I understand it is difficult for anyone to see their loved one like this. In this there may be other factors involved so don't reach on any conclusion with your research. Try consulting a Psychologist for help and guidance.

Hi... Start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist to deal with repetitive negative thoughts and emotions. They suggest some repressed issues or an underlying condition. Please do not self diagnose on the mental health condition and consult a Psychologist. For the shoulder problem, please Consult an Orthopedics doctor.
Next Steps
Start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist on Weekly Basis.

Frozen shoulder issues tend to linger on for one or two years and usually go away on their own. however, it is necessary to consult an orthopedician which you seem to have already done. She seems to carry anxieties that are affecting her body and mind. Please get her couselld by a psychologist.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.

It looks like a lot has been going on here. Crying and thoughts look like signs of depression. Migraine headaches can also be triggered due to mental health issues.
Next Steps
Consult mental health therapist/counselor to seek help. Or you can contact me for consultation
