Hi
Thanks for reaching out. You have become negative and you get negative thoughts ever since you delivered your baby in January 2022. Being a mom is an exciting and stressful experience at the same time. It is also necessary to know if you have enough help at home. Consult a psychologist and explain about negative thoughts since delivery. A psychologist will guide you on how you can go back to being a happy go lucky person. With the help and guidance of a psychologist you will feel better.
With a psychologist you can talk about your thoughts and how you feel after delivery. In order to suggest remedies more information is required.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
