Do u really think it was a mistake?? And even if it is a mistake, I am sure it wasn’t intentional. People do make mistakes.
It’s how you choose to see it.!! You make a mistake- either you drool over it or you learn from it. If you drool over it, then you would always blame yourself and feel bad/ sad about it. Once you see it as a learning, you feel powerful to change others opinion too.
