Regarding bad dream negative
I am 25 year old history of anxiety and depression since 2021-2022 was on nextio ls then stopped drugs currently only if someone does bad Bhevaiour very bad Osscailnily i get anxiety and depression. Current problem I get bad negative dream every alternative day some suside happened some fight happened negative dream possible causes? How to cure it without drugs I don't want to get in it that were prescribed .

Consult a psychologist and explain about your dream. With a psychologist you can also talk about what is making you feel anxious. You can consult the same psychiatrist or another one and explain about side effects of medication. To feel better I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist. Some medicine do have side effects of bad dreams.u can consult the doctor who prescribed you the meds.in mean time u can join some hobby classes and try meditation n excercise to lower ur rate of anxiety and depression. U can consult psychotherapist for the same
