Depression and anxiety
Nk proper sleep, continuous panic attacks, bad dreams always, multiplied negative thoughts, not able to think clearly, crying atleast thrice in a day, breathing problems, feels like something is stuck inside and not able to move. Have never talked to anyone about anything ever be it good or bad. I want help now but dknt know how to ask for it.
