Pressure and negative thought
Please suggest how to avoid bad thoughts and negative gossip. Lot of business pressure in office and my mind always scared and think always that some one will scold me if will not meet expectations. How to go for positive thinking. Thinking more and more on sex when I see a lady How to control and how to get daring in all the work. Always think if o said anything to seniors I may loose my job .
