It seems to be IAD. It's a type of health anxiety  disorder. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Illnesses anxiety disorder, known earlier as hypochondria, is a condition that leads to excessive, illogical and unreasonable worry (anxiety) about health. You seem to have entered into such a situation. The Internet has a lot of articles and videos that explain this and many people go through them and work on their own mental condition leading to their recovery. Getting engaged in creative activities, engaging in better social interactions, communicating more with people around, regulating food habits and sleep patterns, engaging in hobbies etc. are known to have improved the mental health conditions of people suffering like you. Please try doing most of these and manage your worries logically. If you still are unable to come out of your condition, please consult a psychologist and get guided. If all these do not work, please visit a psychiatrist and get treated for anxiety.

Hi , there is nothing wrong if you think about your health and start Google but problem is when it excessive . googling provide short term relief but again question rise in mind as ( what if I have this or that disease). So first of all  stop googling or any type self assurance behaviour . second start accepting that there can be health issue and you  don't need to 100 percent sure that you don't have any health issue as it is not possible to 100 percent sure  and bear the discomfort of not  knowing 100 percent that you have any health issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you're caught in a cycle of negative thinking, especially about your health. It's not uncommon to get caught up in overthinking and worry. Consider trying to break this loop by consciously redirecting your thoughts when you notice negativity creeping in. Also, limiting online searches can be helpful as it might exacerbate your concerns. If this pattern persists and feels overwhelming, reaching out to a therapist or counselor could provide valuable support. They can help you navigate these thoughts, offering strategies to break free from this cycle and focus on a more positive mindset.
