Hello! You should take a balance meal to reduce your weight. Whole grains and legumes, milk n products, lean fish or chicken, fresh fruit and vegetables should be in your meal every time. All seasonal vegetables and fruits are allowed if you are non diabetic n without any medical issue.You need to remember moderation is the best way for you. 4-5 meal a day is suggested. Must visit a dietician before planning your weight loss program. Wish you good health.
