Hi there. To reduce belly fat and get that dream flat tummy you need to follow healthy diet and regular workouts. Have more proteins less carbohydrates and fats. Have green tea, lemon juice, peppermint tea. Have diet rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables. Keep yourself well hydrated by having more fluids. Do crunches,leg raising with brisk walking/ jogging. Never stop workout as you will gain weight and belly fat back as fat starts accumulating again..
