Reduce postpregnancy weight & hip fat
Hi, I delivered a baby in last june and she is 9 months old,after my delivery there is no change in my weight , I have wider hips, during delivery my total weight is 70 and now 65, My fats are increased in abdomen,hips and thighs.Kindly suggest a diet plan to get flat tummy,slim thighs and butt fat.

Hello! You have to stay active first. You have to do exercise you reduce your fat . Because whatever you are eating you have deficit those calories also. Connect to me directly. Would love to help me. Thank you I take online exercise classes and give diet plans also.

We can start fat loss and exercise now. Make sure you manage a diet low in Carbohydrates and good in protein. Let your meal be balance which includes complex carbs and Proteins.
