As a Professional i can understand your concern. Junk food will have negative impact directly on your physiological health and indirectly on mental health. And PCOD is one of the consequences of unhealthy eating habit. Consume more fresh, unprocessed foods. Go for locally grown fruits and vegetable salads. Follow proper meal timings. Regular exercise will fasten the process. Avoid street food and junk food consumption. Don’t take stress of any kind.

As a doctor, I understand your concern regarding your weight and associated health issues. Junk food consumption during childhood can indeed have a negative impact on your overall health and weight in the long term. Additionally, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is known to cause weight gain and difficulty losing weight. To control your weight and manage your PCOS symptoms, I recommend the following: 1. Adopt a healthy, balanced diet that is rich in whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates. Avoid processed foods, sugary beverages, and foods high in saturated fats. 2. Increase your physical activity level by incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine. This can include activities such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or any other form of aerobic exercise that you enjoy. 3.  Make sure to get enough sleep and manage stress levels as both of these factors can affect your weight and overall health. 4. Consider taking personalized diet and exercise plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. You can consult directly or come to the clinic.
Health Tips
1. Remember, sustainable weight loss takes time and effort. By making lifestyle changes, you can improve your overall health and manage your PCOS symptoms effectively along with weight loss.
