Hunger is often the result of a state of mind rather than a physiological body response. You need to control your mind. Eliminate stress, anxiety and if you find yourself eating out of boredom keep yourself occupied with some constructive activity or hobby. Ask yourself if you are really hungry and need to eat at that time. If yes you can reach out for fresh fruits, almonds and walnuts, thin buttermilk, lemon juice, salads.

You can munch on plain saunf or roasted flaxseeds during the day. These will prevent you from looking for other unhealthy foods and popping them into your mouth.
Hi I Understand your concern. Food cravings are sometimes can be the result of anxiety,or eating disorders of you are going through any kind of physical or mental stress.
I would suggest you to control your mind first to think that you will eat right foods in Right proportion.
Then start your day with a heavy breakfast filled with wholegrain cereal,milk or egg, Fruits. Then every 2 hrly keep eating small portions of good foods like sprouts,nuts,salads,curd,buttermilk,tender coconut water,fresh seasonal Fruits,soups, roasted popcorn or makhna sometimes. In between do little exercises like cardio n stress relieving asanas.
Avoid maida,deep fried foods,carbonatedbdrinks, sweets

Your unfixed meal timings must be the reason of craving. Fixed your meal timings brkfst,lunch,dinner n mid meal (11:00am-12:30), Evening tea(6:30pm)..take sm healthy snack like peanuts(roasted), makhane roasted, 1 bread slice sandwich. Avoid biscuits, rusk, namkeen, juices, bread (1slice in a week).
Firstly let me tell you feeling hungry is good but not all time and if you do that means your biological systems are off balance is it because of any emotional cause that you crave because body signals hunger only every 3-4 hrs but if you are stressed then the hormones released might be giving you fake signals
besides when you eat junk you nutrition goes low and so you crave for calcium , iron , in form of saly or sweet foods
you should sit and think the reason ,if you are really hungry or not and drink first a glass of water and after five minutes chk your hunger again sometimes thirst is also thought as hunger
take a good multivitamin and take a 20 mins walk
