Nutritional query.
Sir...I am very skinny & nutritional deficient type of guy. While surfing on net I found about high nutritional content of ROASTED PEANUT & OAT. I want to know whether these items are ok to add in my daily meal plan or have some side effects as well. If ok then how to take on daily basis.
