Nutrition for uric acid
My mom has been diagnosed with high level of uric acid and imbalance in sodium level. She does not have BP and diabetes. Cholesterol is a bit over the normal limit. Kindly suggest a diet plan for her.

1 glass bottelgourd juice empty stomach add berries  in diet and 1tsp  triphala powder with normal water 2 to 3 days in a week at bedtime .

Hi, For elevated levels of Uric Acid, limit protein intake, especially Animal protein. Limit all processed, preserved, packaged,  outside food completely. Cut down on high salt high sugar high fat items. For maintaining Cholesterol, limit salt & oily food & start physical activity.
