Hello. Completely avoid junk food,fried food. Packed food, Sleep 7to 8 hours, avoid stress eat balance diet with regular exercise 30 min. Drink enough water 2to 3 lit.

Wow that’s a must thought for a to be bride to look gorgeous ✅Eat adequate amount of fibres for a clear bright complexion which includes fruits,veggies,oats and other whole grains,sprouts ...this diet is rich also in essential vitamins and minerals and to detox your system too ✅Increase your fluid intake ✅ Avoid sugar and fried stuff but include ghee in your diet ✅ Also include variety of detox smoothies and juices ✅ Also hv adequate amount of proteins in the form of homemade paneer,tofu,pulses and lentils ✅Also important is adequate sleep and exercise regularly
