Kindly advise is the below diet is correct:
My trainer has suggested me following routine. Height 5ft 10 inch, weight: 72 kg. Vegetarian
Wake up: one spoon of apple cider vinegar or warm water with 1 clove of garlic(don't chew).
Preworkout: Apple and 1 tab of carntine
Intra work out: BCAA
Post work out: one scoop of whey protein
Breakfast: half cup oat in 1 cup of skim milk with 10 almonds
After 30 min: green tea
Snacks: fruit salad / juice
Lunch: 2 mulligan chapati with full plate of salad, sabhi and curd.
After 30 min green tea
Evening snack: one scoop of protein
Dinner: half cup brown rice with
kidney beans and green salad ( broccoli and spinach is must)
Important:
Add apple cider vinegar in sprout
12-14 glass of water (4 l)
1 tab fish oil / multi
vitamin tab
Use cayenne powder,garlic powder, cinnamon and black pepper in the diet
