You should mention their medications that you are using for this purpose. I just hope you are not self medicating. A proper clinical checkup is required to diagnose your condition so that the right treatment can be suggested to you. But roughly going by the description that you have mentioned it seems that there is infection in your teeth as well as inflammation in the muscles leading to reduced mouth opening. Regards.
