Non stop bloating heaviness and burping
I am 38 year old women i am grtting from last 4 week sever bloating i dont get motion i go with force i get very less sensation of pee how i used to get earlier it used to be quiet sharp.i feel full when i wake uo after bowl movement and all the time i burp a lot these days i pass gas but earlier i used to pass lot of gas now to get relief that i also i do forcefully. My stomach is very hard and warm all the time. I did blood test and ultrasound please see. I eat curry leaves raw haldi in morning beetroot kanji than in breakfast i take one or two fruit along with two raw amla than lunch millet daal and vegetable and at night millet roti along with sabzi. Please tell what i doing wrong

You need to have a STRICT change in your dietary habits, You need to include more fibres,Green vegetables ,more proteins , Avoid Plain white rice and Processed Flour , Because this is the reason why you are constipated and not able to relieve yourself properly

Don't take millets in dinner Take more of fluids Do regular walk after dinner. Do regular exercise after taking a couple of glasses of warm water in the morning

Report normal. Till u constipated, use mostly  liquid, least semiliquid Khichdi porridge poha curd rice curd poha cooked,  rice curd. Buttermilk,  kanzi. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times. Cremafin pink 15 ml.at night. For constipation.
