My stomach is very hard and warm all the time. I did blood test and ultrasound please see. I eat curry leaves raw haldi in morning beetroot kanji than in breakfast i take one or two fruit along with two raw amla than lunch millet daal and vegetable and at night millet roti along with sabzi. Please tell what i doing wrong
