Bloating and burping
Why I always feel bloating with many times burping after eating even small meal..stomach becomes tight after eating...how can I get relief with this problem how can I make my digestion strong...for long time help me🙏

You should go for a walk in the morning and evening. You should not lie down immediately after a meal. You should be upright for about half an hour after a meal. Please avoid oily and spicy food.
