I am feeling stiffness in back and left leg.
Earlier it was only in back now back is fine but seeing same thing in only left leg.
Is nerve compression can be treated or improved automatically?
Is something serious?

It looks like sciatica the kind of radiating pain will come in two ways
1. vertebral involvement sometimes that disc bulge will cause this pain.
2. muscle tightness piriformis or gluteal muscle this muscle tightness will compress your nerve root so you will have the pain
that radiating pain s the symptom only we need to correct the root cause
some times that symptomatic radiating pain will go on its own but the actual problem is not rectified so kindly take a proper assessment and treatment
