Nerve pinch near to neck and shoulder
While doing workout, i got a nerve pinch near to neck and shoulder on back. Its been two weeks and tried all medicine, exercises. While tilting my head i can feel the pain on back like pulling that nerve hardly. Could anyone suggest the medicine or a doctor.

Could be stiff soft tissues, Apply ice for 20 mts twice a dat or consult a manual physiotherapist GOOD LUCK

Hi.... It is important to maintain a good posture while lifting heavy weights or else it can cause injuries.
Next Steps
Try to be in good posture while sitting as well for proper alignment of spinal joints. Consult a physiotherapist who can will guide you regarding the same. With proper exercises n good posture, you will be able to recover faster.
