Nerve displacement in  right shoulder
I have pain in right shoulder. From right side of neck to upper part of arms. It feels like some nerve is displaced. It pains to raise my hand. If I excercise every hour then I am able to raise my hand with little pain. If I don't exercise for 4-5 hours then it pains so much to raise the hand. I have this problem since 2 months now. Please help.

There might be nerve compression in cervical, its a symptom of cervical spondylosis. Apply hot pack twice a day, do neck isometric exercises and shoulder strengthening exercises. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take Electro therapy for a week. Maintain proper posture to avoid pains.
