Seems the problem is with trigger points due to improper posture most often while using screen lying down on bed without care, sitting in bending position causes these trouble. Visit nearest physiotherapy center for proper diagnosis and treatment. Dry needling will help in reducing the pinching pain and few exercises for trapezious helps strengthen muscles.
