Negative thoughts
I often suffer from negatiy thinking ..i get sudden negative thoughts especially while i am studying..many what if thoughts especially those pertaining to god ..his existence.. purpose of life etc..which eventually hamper my current moment..and whatever iam doing..need feedback about the same and how can i get rid of these thoughts

Yes it seems to be obsessive compulsive disorder Wherein you don't want to think about something but thoughts are intrusive and unwanted keep coming and give u anxiety It's treatable Seek ocd management psychotherapy Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy online or in person All the best
