Need to gain healthy body weight
Hi my wife looks too skinny. Her height is around 5 feet 2 inches and weight around 48 kg and she is 29 years old. She needs to gain weight. She has IBS. So is on no milk diet. Shes ok to eat rest other foods. We are planning a baby. She has no gluten allergy. And is fond of eating chicken and fish. Please help her to gain weight.

Congratulations on the big decision to start a family! IBS does affect the health adversely and may also interfere with weight gain process. Also, It is more important to understand that health is not just about weight. Do get a thorough guidance on her diet & lifestyle to help her out. Hii... You should test like thyroid, IBS, sugar level If all reports are normal then you take frequent and small meal in which you have to include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals... According to your height and weight calorie will be calculated for weight gain by a dietitian... And light exercise also beneficial with balanced diet.... If your report is not normal then you should meet from physician after that dietitian.
