Hey!!

Hye, thanks for the query.
As for calorie deficit I'm not sure how qualified you are to understand that... maybe you are going by any app... as for restricted diets.... it's not just cutting out calories ... we have to see present intake as well as our activity level... sometimes if we just go by numbers chances are that you may get to restricted and in fact reduce your metabolism and your exercise will not benefit you... also you may unknowingly get malnourished. So my advise would be to start with mindful clean eating first and pay attention to pre workout and post workout meals. Sleep well and reduce stress. Stop alcohol and smoking in case you do. Lastly get your basic blood work done to rule out any issues or deficiencies.
I'm sure you will benefit.
Hello
This type of calculation will confuse and not give the required results. You should be consulted a dietitian who can give you the right guidance and would be doing all the calculation and guide you with the right advice.
Detail case history is required to give u proper plan of treatment
I need your detail case history to guide u properly if u wish to take proper treatment consult online through practo app for proper management consult online
Hello,
First of all,Always remember about fitness journey i.e., 80% diet and 20% workout is necessary.
And Calorie deficit in your daily diet can affect you badly because your body needs calories to perform activities and daily chores. But eating too many calories and not burning enough of them off through activity–can lead to weight gain.
You can get your fat mass and heat level checked and go accordingly, as that will help you to get to know about your exact meal pattern requirement. in the mean while you can follow these things.
1) Eating protein for breakfast
2) Drink plenty amount of water
3) Eating plenty of fibre
4) Getting a good sleep
5) Not stocking junk food
Hi,
It's good to know about the awareness towards your health & weight. Share your exact plan so that necessary corrections can be made in it. In the meantime try to have balanced meals instead of focusing only on the calorie intake.
