Need exercises
Suffering from severe knee joint pain. When I consulted doctor,they told me to do physiotherapy exercises. Which exercises are needed to get out of that. I have xray report with me which is taken just 15 days ago

Better you learn one to one , if not possible You can do following exercise - isometric exercise of thigh muscles - quadriceps stretching exercise - Dynamic closed and open chain - Stretching exercise for calf muscles - Streanghting exercise for abductors and abductors . When you need to work on a single area of body try to learn it under professional guidance . If your body weight is higher side , reduce weight Eat healthy food , drink water and avoid over bending of knee .

1. Static quads and Hamstrings 2. Knee Rom exercises 3. Hamstring stretch 4. Standing balance and proprioception training 5. Undergo pain relieving treatment at physio clinic
