Hi,
Visit Endodontist(Root Canal Specialists Dentist). Only clinically it can be assessed better. Ask the dentist for Post and Core, that way more support can be generated for Crown placement.
Rootcanal seems ok but need to check clinically tooth mobility, occlusal clearance and alignment of teeth.post and core is required fot both the tooth along with crown lengthing procedure(CLP) for cap placement.
Next Steps
Visit ur dentist go ahead with CLP and post & core treatment for crown placement
Hi!
I feel cap can be done on the tooth from the x- ray that is provided. But again clinically need to know the situation as to whether there is any mobility of the tooth or not.
If no issues, then tooth colored cap can be fit on both the teeth.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist and get your concern clarified as to why the tooth cannot hold the crown.
