Need a proper diet chart
I'm a 20 years old girl weighing about 65 kgs and hace cysts in my ovary and for that reason I am having periods issues. I've recently joined swimming as everyone suggested weight loss but there's no improvement Maybe because of the diet . I need a diet chart for according to my specifications ☺️

Hi Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Get proper sleep and keep stress at bay. Exercise regularly. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards
